Dear Cement Industry Colleague,
It is our pleasure to extend an invitation for you to reserve your exhibit booth space at the 2013 IEEE-IAS/PCA Cement Industry Technical Conference in Orlando, Florida.
The conference will be held at the world-reknown Swan and Dolphin Resort in the heart of Disney World. With such a remarkable location, we are expecting a large turnout and therefore urge you to reserve your booth as quickly as possible. As booth assignments will be made on a first-come-first-served basis, a timely response will be helpful to secure your first choice booth selection.
This will be the first conference in which exhibit booth registration will be online. We value your feedback on your experience as we are always looking to improve. The website for exhibit booth registration can be accessed through www.ieeepcaconference.org and following the links. The website includes exhibit hall arrangement, rules and regulations, registration and payment pages.
For booth rental payment we accept credit cards, checks, and bank wire transfers (all fees associated paid by exhibitor). As noted above, booth locations will be assigned on the basis of the order in which contracts and payments are received. Booths will be assigned by the Exhibit Chair on a weekly basis. ONLY US DOLLAR FUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Included in each booth space reservation will be: one (1) full conference registration (excluding tutorial fees, spouse registration, extra conference records, or extra banquet tickets).
