Dear Cement Industry Colleague,

The time has arrived for you to reserve your exhibit booth space at the 2011 IEEE-IAS/PCA Cement Industry Technical Conference in St. Louis, Missouri, May 22 to May 26, 2011.

The 2011 conference will be held at America’s Center in downtown St. Louis. The adjacent Renaissance St. Louis Grand & Suites Hotel will serve as the host hotel. The exhibit hall in America’s Center will be able to accommodate 158 booths.

We anticipate a large turnout for this conference and urge that you reserve your booth space quickly. Booth assignments will be made on a "first-come-first-served" basis. Your timely return of a signed contract is paramount to receiving your first choice of booth location.

Enclosed please find the exhibitor contract, rules of etiquette, schedule of exhibition hours, exhibit hall floor plan, and exhibitor rates. Please note that on the front page of the contract you must provide (1) the primary contact person regarding booth logistics (information to follow); (2) your booth location preferences; (3) booth location comments; (4) acceptance signature.

For booth rental payment we accept company checks, cashier’s checks, and the credit cards as listed on both the contract and rate sheet. As noted above booth locations will be assigned on the basis of the order in which contracts and payments are received. ONLY US DOLLAR FUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Included with each booth space reserved will be: One (1) full conference registration (excluding tutorial fees, spouse registration, extra conference records, and extra banquet tickets). Additionally, we have extended the exhibit hours from 8 to 12 to allow for more time to interact with prospective clients. More details on other changes that we hope will draw more exhibit traffic will follow.
