Dear Cement Industry Colleague,

The time has arrived for you to reserve your exhibit booth at the 2010 IEEE - IAS / PCA Conference in Colorado Springs, Colorado, March 28 to April 1, 2010.

As we anticipate a large turnout with the fantastic location of the conference, we urge you to reserve your booth quickly.

The 2010 IEEE - IAS / PCA Conference will be held at the historic and beautiful Broadmoor in Colorado Springs. The exhibit hall will also be at this location and will be able to accommodate about 150 booths.

To the left, please find the exhibitor contract, rules of etiquette, exhibitor schedule, exhibit hall floor plan and exhibitor rates. Please note that on the front page of the contract you must provide (1) the primary person to contact regarding booth logistics (information to follow); (2) your booth location preferences; (3) booth location comments; and (4) acceptance signature.

Please forward the executed contract and payment to Mr. Andres Osuna, Treasurer, as indicated on the next page and on the contract form.

For booth rental payment, we accept company checks, cashier's checks or credit cards. Spaces will be assigned by the Exhibit Chair on the basis of the order in which contracts and payments are received. ONLY US DOLLAR FUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Upon availability, we are allowing multi-booth configurations. Booth rates are enclosed. And please note that the booth rental fee does not include any personnel conference registration.
