Dear Cement Industry Colleague,

The time has arrived for you to reserve your exhibit booth at the 2008 IEEE-IAS/PCA Conference in Miami, FL, May 18 to May 22, 2008.

As we anticipate a large turnout with the fantastic location of the conference, we urge you to reserve your booth quickly.

The 2008 IEEE-IAS/PCA Conference will be held at the Doral Golf Resort in Miami. The exhibit hall will also be at this location and will be able to accommodate 140 booths.

To the left, please find the exhibitor contract & rates, rules of etiquette, exhibitor schedule, and exhibit hall floor plan. Please note that on the front page of the contract you must provide (1) the primary person to contact regarding booth logistics (information to follow); (2) your booth location preferences; (3) booth location comments; and (4) acceptance signature.

Please forward the executed contract and payment to Mr. Larry Galvin, Treasurer, as indicated below and on the contract form.

For booth rental payment, we accept company checks, cashier's checks or credit cards. Spaces will be assigned by the Exhibit Chair on the basis of the order in which contracts and payments are received. ONLY US DOLLAR FUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Upon availability, we are allowing multi-booth configurations. And please note that the booth rental fee does not include any personnel conference registration.
