For your convenience, there are several ways to register for the conference:

Please complete the Online Registration Form for each participant you wish to register, then fax your receipt(s) with credit card information to:

Offline (Check, Money Order or Credit Card)

To minimize data entry and maximize accuracy, we encourage everyone to fill out the online registration form, regardless of the method of payment. However, if you cannot fill out the online form, please contact Nahla Hanna for a paper registration form. Fill out one form for each participant you wish to register, make checks payable to IEEEPCA2008 Conference and mail to:

Payment

Payment can be made either by check (US Funds drawn on a US Bank) or by Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.)

Please note the following:

The conference record is only available in CD format.
Payment must be included in the registration.
Reduced registration rates are effective until Apr 20, 2008.
Refunds will be made in response to a written request to the Conference Registrar postmarked on or before Apr 20, 2008. All refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee and will be paid after the conference. There will be no refunds after Apr 20, 2008.
